Schedule and Fees

At Gregg M. Rosenberg Mediation, we offer flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of our clients. Mediation sessions can be scheduled to take place during the week or even on weekends when a particular situation warrants. We offer half-day sessions where the parties agree that their situation warrants it. For those who want to mediate their cases in person, in a location other than Houston, travel arrangements can be made. At Gregg M. Rosenberg Mediation, our goal is to provide effective and efficient mediation services that are accessible to all parties, regardless of their financial situation.

Full-Day Mediation Fees

$1,850.00 (per party)

Half-Day Mediation Fees

$1,150.00 (per party)

Fees Due in Advance

Payment is respectfully requested one week prior to the mediation booking.

Fee Cancellation Policy

Having been in the litigation field for almost 40 years, we understand that sometimes things “simply come up.” If a mediation cancels within three days of the scheduled date and is rescheduled within two weeks, there is no charge for the cancelation and re-scheduling. If a mediation cancels within three days, the fee is forfeited as it is generally impossible to re-book time.

Expenses

I am happy to travel to serve the needs of people who wish to mediate in person, in a location other than Houston. Associated expenses will be discussed on a case-by-case basis as the need arises. There is no additional mediation fee for an “out of town” mediation.
